Delivery and returns policy


We will dispatch all custom made Colo Bicycles on the same day that we have finished assembling them (excluding weekends). Because Colo Bicycles are always built on order, it takes 2-6 working days to dispatch your bicycle after the order has been made. All our bicycles and accessories are send either via DHL, FedEx, Finnish Post or Postnord Logistics. All bicycles are carefully checked and protectively packed before dispatching them to assure that your bicycle will arrive in same condition that it left from our warehouse.

Delivery times and rates vary according to where your order will be delivered. Delivery times given here are estimated times and changes to them are beyond our control. When your order is dispatched you’ll receive an email from FedEx, DHL Postnord or Finnish Post Office with an estimated delivery date and tracking information.

Payment methods

We support payments with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club and JCB card. Our domestic customers can also make payments through all Finnish based banks that are offering e-pay option.

Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant.

All the products sold in our web store can be returned within 14 days from the time that you received the package, as long as the goods being returned are unused and in its original condition and packaging. Shipping fees for returns will be on customers account, unless the goods are faulty or damaged upon arrival. Some special terms apply to our complete bicycles due to their custom built nature. Please do inform us always before making any returns or exchanges on

Faulty or damaged goods returns

If you receive damaged or faulty goods, or if your order is missing products, contact us at with photos of the damaged or faulty item, packaging and shipping label attached on the package. We will then info you about returning faulty goods and send you replacing products free of charge. We will always cover shipping fees in case of faulty or damaged goods.

Custom Colo Bicycles returns

If you for any reason decide that you don’t want to keep your custom build Colo Bicycle, you may return the bike to us at your own cost within 14-days from delivery, as long as the bicycle is returned to us unused and in its original condition. We will refund the price of the bicycle, with shipping fees and 50€ re-stocking fee* deducted from it. If your bicycle is faulty or damaged upon arrival, normal terms for faulty or damaged goods returns apply. If your Colo bicycle has already been used within these 14 days and some quality problems occur, then problem will be solved according to our warranty terms.

If for some reason you are not happy with the product you received, we will change it free of charge, but the shipping fees will be on your account. Exchangeable items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Before exchanging products contact us to make sure that we have stock for the items that you wish to make the change for.

*50€ re-stocking fee applies for Colo bicycle exchanges as they are always built on order and cannot be sold again without disassembling them.

Packing returns

Please pack goods that you are returning in original packing and protective materials that it arrived with in the first place. Any damage to return items do to negligent packing, may cause you to loose full refund as value of damaged goods may be deducted from it.

Non-returnable products:

  • Underwear or socks


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless items are faulty or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if not paid already by customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you about approval of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
